Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call

  • Documentation is quick and easy to use. Really like the way it flows as in head to toe assessments. Pain is always required to be assessed.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.

  • has a few little loopholes that make using the product more difficult. ,Not super responsive to customer issues although onsite help is available at a charge

  • Pros

  • Extremely user friendly and reliable. Support staff are amazing.

  • Very easy to navigate through the different screens. It is very user friendly and the way you can customize the dashboards makes it that way.

  • Cons

  • Could be more user-friendly because it's a little difficult to learn, but once you learn it is great

  • Sometimes the software runs slow but with their customer service, it is a quick fix.
