Pros/Cons

Pros
The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call
I love the ease of putting in orders, free text progress notes and the color coded EMAR tabs. Orders are a breeze to process.

Cons
The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.
has a few little loopholes that make using the product more difficult. ,Not super responsive to customer issues although onsite help is available at a charge

The software is easy to use and quick to fix any issues that might arise and is used throughout large and small facilities.
Product works. Vendor is very easy to work with. Sales rep is one of the best I've ever worked with.

Cons
In searching for product information some of the description abbreviations are a little confusing. overall our relationship with mckesson is good
We wish it was a little more intuitive but its getting there.
