Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call

  • Documentation is quick and easy to use. Really like the way it flows as in head to toe assessments. Pain is always required to be assessed.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.

  • has a few little loopholes that make using the product more difficult. ,Not super responsive to customer issues although onsite help is available at a charge

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great features, compatible with other software

  • The software is very easy to use and has many features that are useful in the home care industry. Also, the customer service is amazing!

  • Cons

  • I have no complaints with Rosemark or their software. I recommend that you call them for an online tour.

  • I have no issues or complaints with this product/vendor.
