Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call

  • Documentation is quick and easy to use. Really like the way it flows as in head to toe assessments. Pain is always required to be assessed.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.

  • has a few little loopholes that make using the product more difficult. ,Not super responsive to customer issues although onsite help is available at a charge

  • Pros

  • This is a great product with fast response times and amazing functionality. One click and you are right where you need to be.

  • The assessments and notes are very easy to complete. I like the calendar and the scheduling reports.

  • Cons

  • There's a lot of things you can do with kinnser it's very confusing at times. However there's plenty of ways to learn via videos and support

  • Unable to tailor much to your own agency. Although, this isn't much of a con as Kinnser does a great job at giving you great forms and reports.
