Pros/Cons

Pros
Its a user friendly software and its very easy to use.
Its easy to work with gets the work done at timely matter

Cons
Carecenta seems very simple to use, however, you still need training. They provide it as part of setup but you have to pay for it.
The demo took some time to complete, but other then that nothing crosses my mind.

First its very easy to use, second it make my work organize, and mos specially this made us a paperless office which is a great help for us a retail industry. Nice software it really do a great job
Excellent customer service and great tracking features.

Cons
Our field staff are getting ready to use the software in the field since the survey has passed and we would like e-route sheets.
Can run slow at times but the support team is very responsive.
