Peek Pro is a cloud-based solution for tour and activity operators of all sizes.

The software helps activity operators by providing their websites with an online booking management engine and centrally manages online, offline and third-party reservations.

The software also allows users to create customized reports, track website analytics, manage referral channels and more.

Peek Pro allows for walk-ins, up-selling or cross-selling products and add-ons. Seats and equipment are allocated automatically at the time of booking. The software also provides real-time syncing, which helps users manage overbooking and cancellations.

Peek Pro users receive automatic reminders and follow-up emails. Users can also use the review collection tool to capture details of tours.

They have the activities bookings nearly perfected. Make sure to communicate correctly and learn the dashboard.

Pros

They have the technology needed to make complete your bookings. Their system has very few errors. You can instantly refund any customer through the app. This is the company that also received all of ZOZI's best before they went out of business.

Cons

Do not think they can help all of your problems; you have to remember that you are a partner with them and they can not read your mind. If you are the type of business person, who does not take responsibility for your actions? You will not work well with them.

Add the option to blackout time slots, not just full days. Allow me to link Peek reviews to my website (not trip adviser reviews, the ones clients make on Peek). it would be nice if support would ever get back to me instead of just telling me “we’ll be in touch shortly”. I’ve never had anyone follow up with me. I’ve always had to contact them again.

Pros

The configuration setup is solid I guess. I have to use 100 characters minimum so I suppose that will have to do.

Cons

Cannot link customer reviews made on Peek to website. Cannot blackout time slots, only full days. PeekPro support never seems to respond. I constantly have to follow up to see if they even received my initial request for support.

Horrible, really nonexistent customer service. They never fulfilled any of their original guarantees. I had to build items myself when they simply ignored me after purchase. Their system is convoluted and funcition very poorly with little to no ability to customize.

Honestly, their team is incompetent and definitely won't make your business any of their worries. I have used Peek for a couple of years until I couldn't take it with their lack of professionalism and finally switch with FareHarbor as my online booking and couldn't be happier of this decision!

Pros

We were one of their first customers. They were good the first few months and on top of everything but after the first year it was the end of the world!

Cons

They barely reply to their email or return phone calls. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are not professional at all. Their chargeback department is the worst one ever. They have lost every single of my chargeback even thought I have ALWAYS provided them of: a copy of the credit cardholder driving license, signed waiver, completion invoice...and proof that the customer came to our facility and used our services. Customer support representative has no idea what they are doing andthey will be getting back to you once a month when they feel like it! Nobody in this company will take care of your business.

The Worst Reservation Provider

Avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Not a single positive thing to say. That I no longer have to use it or depend on their customer support, I suppose that is a positive. The sudden acquisition of ZOZI was a terrible experience for account holders. The service provided by Peek was so bad, we finally had to just cancel the account and rebuild our entire reservation system in the middle of peak season.

Cons

The acquisition of Zozi by Peek was a disaster for Zozi account holders. The customer service was terrible from the very first go.

Peek is a very Intuitive software. I really like it. Its very clean. I like that Peek has the ability to do promo codes. It will save us so much time. I would have used squad up. I would have made an event for each one. This has definitely made our life so much easier. Emails get sent out easier and we can easily download a list of our customers. I really like that we can ask custom questions to our customers during checkout. Peek is really great and easy to work with. The onboarding process is really smooth. Screen Shares is the best way to do it.

Cons

The only thing I wish is that Peek could handle our wedding space rentals. But that may be something we can look forward to in the future!

I chose Peek over Schedulista and Fareharbor for how simple and user friendly Peek's interface is, I am pleased with what I have seen so far. I also really like the ability to upsell my other tours or add-ons right there in the checkout process. Would recommend for other operators who value simplicity and functionality.

I was really drawn to Peek while I researching booking systems because of how simple it seemed to be to use- it was not confusing at all! I have had it for a few months now and am pleased to have found it is still easy and has a number of really helpful features, like the abandoned booking emails. Definitely recommended!

Cons

Peek is so easy to use I haven't had any issues, but their partner support team is also great- any time I need help or need something updated I just call them up and it is taken care of.

I tried out Fareharbor and then a day later switched back to Peek. Fareharbor is confusing and Peek has a superior software. It is excellent for keeping things organized and has much more user-friendly features. Great mobile app too.

Cons

biggest con here is they dont process payouts over the weekend. So you have to wait for bookings from Saturday to be paid out on Mondays. However thats the same with Fareharbor as well.

We have already seen an increase in online sales, even in the few short weeks we've had Peek up on our site.

Pros

We had been using Rezdy for our bike rental/tours business for a few years now, but really liked that Peek has a Rentals platform geared specifically towards rental products. The 6% commission structure was also an attractive selling point, it is far more cost effective than our previous online booking system. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar enterprise.

Cons

I am still exploring and poking around the backend of Peek, but am really looking forward to delving into all the marketing and reporting features, and starting next season out strong.

Ive liked this software a lot. It seems to be a lot better than the way i was doing it before. Before Peek i had to take all of my reservations by hand and organize it all on my own. Peek has made it so i just have to show up and look at my list to see who should be there and who hasn't come yet. Its working out really good! I have new activities that i offer a lot and its been easy for me to use Peek to add new activities and schedules and have them on my site.

Peek has been pretty awesome so far! Im very grateful for the product and what its been able to do for my business so far. I feel like the business is a lot more attractive now to customers now that we have an online booking system for the website. It makes it so much easier for the customers and it makes it a lot easier for us to keep track of everything. It's really easy to manage and adjust our equipment with Peek and the refund process has been perfect so far. I also liked the help desk feature, i was able to get my questions answered very quickly.

I haven't heard any negative comments from my customers so far. The customer support team and helpdesk articles help me with any questions I have.

I chose Peek over FareHarbor a few months ago, as it Peek seemed to have more functionality than the other business did. So far it has been good and meets my needs. The backend is pretty easy to use. No desire to jump ship as of yet!

Cons

The system can be a little confusing to learn as far as where to put information, but the onboarding team and partner support team has been really responsive and helpful in answering any questions that come up.

PeekPro has been great for our business so far. We were initially attracted to the low set up fee, but also really liked how much control the user has- I can update my products, prices, and availability throughout the entire season all myself. Absolutely recommending Peek!

Went with Peek for the ability to book multiple products/services and overlap rental times. We were using Square Appointments before, which is optimized more for one-off services, so Peek has increased our functionality and efficiency online. Would recommend!

Cons

Having used it for a few months now, it has been good. It's exactly what I expected. The email notifications are awesome, the reporting is helpful, and 95% of the time the user interface is easy to use and intuitive.

After volunteering for a well-known college senior business class project, the primary focus for business improvement was the need for a web-based reservation system that was customer friendly. Peek worked with me to make the customer experience with the reservation process as user friendly as possible. I have since received many unsolicited comments praising my website and reservation system. Mission accomplished!

Pros

I've looked at other tour operator software and tried a couple for a short while. What impresses me about Peek is that they strive to give you exactly what you need to operate your business. I've watched them over the past couple of years as they continue to add services and capabilities as customers request them. The others pretty much tell you it's their way or the highway - take it or leave it. So I left them!

Cons

I had to think about that one for a minute. I guess I would say that their smart phone apps could be better. They don't have a lot of the same functionality as the website has.
