Pros/Cons

Pros
So easy to use, and most functions. Very nice and helpfull customer service. One of the best i have experince of.
Easy to use.. ...That it is easy to understand and work with

Cons
The mobile version is really good, but an app would be appreciated as bookings are currently hard to handle in the smartphone format.
Invoicing functionality is good but a bit basic, would be good if it could be customised more wrt what is shown on the invoice and how to show payments etc.

Pros
Easy to load this program and to make reservations
Smart Hotel is very user friendly software and easy to learn. Integrated with our finance software which is a god send.

Cons
It is complicated and some aspects are not very intuitive. There is quite a steep learning curve to be able to use this software.
Not being able to adjust a reservation once checked out. I don't like that it asks me again if i want to close a window.
