Replicon TimeAttend, part of the Time Intelligence Platform, is a cloud-based workforce management solution that helps businesses across various industries to streamline time tracking and manage payrolls of their employees. The solution also helps businesses to comply with labor laws.

Replicon TimeAttend can be set up to send automatic reminders to ensure timesheets get submitted and approved on time. The solution helps businesses to manage employee absence, calculate overtime and handle breaks. It features functionality to manage accruals, usage and balance calculations for different time off policies in an organization.

Replicon TimeAttend gives employees visibility into the schedules assigned to them. Schedules can be adjusted to account for employee time off and absences and managers can gain visibility into schedule adherence. The solution also helps users pinpoint activities taking more time and drill down to understand the corrective actions need to be taken.

Replicon TimeAttend offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and live chat.

Pros

Expense reports can be complicated and time consuming. Replicon is an easy solution to this process. Replicon provides our employees with the ability to produce expense reports and upload receipt on the fly. Approving expense reports is very easy and the whole company is happy with the results.

Cons

I wish that Exchange Rates updated automatically. Currently, exchange rates have to be updated manually.

Cons

Slightly hard to use in terms of features. Summary of details happens at the top, rather than on the bottom. It would be nice if the summaries occurred at the bottom of the groups in it's own column rather than squishing into the title bar.

I don't relay have any complaints. Recently we are needing to track hours worked on projects and are not able to do so unless the project has a task assigned to it. Many projects do not have tasks making the tracking more difficult, but we will be requesting they look into adding that feature.

There are certainly certain functions that does not support my business, and it can be a little annoying to deal with, but Replicon does do their best to fix it or make it better. So the customer service does balance it out.

This time tracking software is one of THE BEST I have used. It's very clear to understand. You can see a period of time on one screen, and entering time is Hassle-free. Our company switched from Replicon to another time tracking software, and I can say I would prefer Replicon. It's not as difficult and tedious as other software I have used in the past.

The only negative remark I have is if you are having internet connection issues, you may have issues clocking in/out.

We needed a DCA compliant timesheet reporting system that would allow us to develop custom reports while still providing ease of use for daily timesheet entry. Replicon fit the bill. Tying the log in to Google accounts made it even more user friendly. Great application!

Pros

Visual display of timesheets is very uncluttered and easy to read. I appreciate the ability to create, save and set up automatic deliveries of reports. Very intuitive and fast reliable performance.

Cons

Report creation is not hard once you get the hang of it, but it takes a little messing around the first time you attempt to create a custom report. Once done, however, it is very useful.

This is the current system we are using. It allows me to do everything I need to do. It's easy to set up new employees, open jobs, invoice, track time, etc. It's really well priced too and perfect for new companies.

Cons

My one complaint is that it's somewhat complicated to set different rates for different employees based on different clients. IT would be great if a template could be used for each employee and client, to allow rates to be entered on one screen

As an employee, Replicon makes it very easy to fill out your time-sheet. It's just like entering numbers into an excel sheet. You can also easily copy and paste previous time-sheets (hence the name "Replicon").

Booking time off is intuitive as well and Replicon calculates your remaining hours for you real-time so you know where you stand.

Cons

Replicon trumps any time-sheet and expense management software that I've used.

In my organization, Replicon is used to adequately measure time spent by each individual staff on a project and makes it easy to schedule time-off periods well off in advance.

Pros

The Replicon website is user friendly and it makes my overall experience with Replicon very smooth,with very little to complain about. Replicon's support team is reliable and have been available on the very few occasions I have had to contact them to make an enquiry or a complaint.
It has got a smartphone app. which makes it easy to access Replicon ,on the move.

Cons

About the Replicon app. I think it doesn't work well with non -mainstream smartphone device brands. I once installed Replicon on a Tecno Tablet earlier this year and everything just didn't work fine.I experienced Lag as the app. was always running slow.Eventually ,discovered the obstacle was the phone brand I was using to access Replicon.

Very good experience to date and we are exploring opportunities to expand the modules we use and optimize our current processes to more effectively utilize the features & functionality in Replicon.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It is intuitive for users entering and approving time as well as for administrators responsible for setting up projects. It gives us the flexibility we need to set up and manage different projects.
The Replicon Support team is excellent and very responsive.

Cons

We currently struggle with reports and integrating Replicon data with data from other systems to get consolidated/integrated reporting on projects. We would also like to improve integration with our Financial system.

We solved several problems eliminated manual rekeying of the payroll hours and expense reports. Improved the quality of the data by having the employees enter their own information. Improved the timeliness of when payroll processing takes place. Better documented workflows. Improved employee satisfaction.

Pros

The client community finds it very easy to use and learned the system very quickly. The setup is very straight forward and payroll finds it flexible to use.
