Zoho Survey is a cloud-based 360-degree feedback surveying solution that caters to small, midsize and large organizations. The solution offers templates and a library of questions to create custom surveys. Survey creators can also customize themes to match their branding. It also offers multilingual support.
Human resources professionals can use branching and logic features with follow-up questions in surveys. The solution has real-time reporting that provides employee self and cumulative rating given by various individuals across the organization. The reports can be shared and analyzed for trends by applying filters and other analytics features.
The security features of the solution include video monitoring, controlled entrance, biometric and two-factor authentication, IDS/IPS screening and bullet resistant walls for server locations.
Zoho Survey offers APIs for integration with third-party applications such as MailChimp and Google Sheets. To ensure feedback questionnaires are delivered to respondents, the solution allows users to send them emails or collect responses in offline mode.

The product is very easy to use. I really like the customization options a lot. I also like how it analyzes the results for you.
I do not like how the trial period is very short. It is important to be able to have time to evaluate it.
This is a good alternative for survey monkey, the simplicity and quickness of creating surveys made working easier.
Some missing features such as ID/Password lookup is missing, which is a special requirement that we have but we did not found in this product

When you have lots of survey questions, let's say 100, and you want to see how is #73's answer and scale would be, it will be difficult and inconvenient to locate it. And then when you want to check another individual's answer on #73, you will have to search by your wheel again.
Point and click integration with ZohoCRM is the best feature. The survey design is not as good as SurveyMonkey but we have continued to use ZohoSurvey given its relative ease of use and the integration with ZohoCRM.
The survey design feature is not as 'pretty' as SurveyMonkey's. In addition, support is not as responsive.

A great software that I use frequently in my community practices with young people, since it allows me to make quick surveys to the participants of the activities coordinated by the Foundation where I work. I can structure and modify questions, add variables, customize forms to the demands of the results I want to achieve, this, greatly enhances my work as a coach and sports-community facilitator, giving the best of me in each activity thanks to the demands made by young people in the surveys. The integration (CRM Plus) it has with the different services that used to be separate before. The ease of use to integrate surveys into the CRM and create workflows makes a lot easier for us to process our daily jobs.
There are some apps that are not still integrated into the Suite, such as the Meeting Lab or eMail.
On the survey side, I would like to have the ability to integrate matrixes that my clients could fill out.

Zoho Survey is an excellent tool for corporate environments. Not only does it allow us to conduct surveys, but it also allows us to carry out surveys of perceptions, surveys, and other necessary tools to establish broader criteria regarding the direction of the work that is being sought
The RRHH colleagues of my company, presented this software as an option to do the experiecia in the participative work environment, however, we took it in our department and we gave a different meaning, survey customers and companies that have open contracts With us to verify the quality of the work we provide, the results were interesting, and that is thanks to Zoho Survey that allowed us to:
- Survey all contractors that are under our legal administration
-Generate variables and intelligent questions both closed and open to gather more information from the respondents of our department
-To take the results to evaluate them with different sociology professionals and thus generate variables more appropriate to our work environment.
-Create a database based on the most frequent answers.
This tool only allows us to collect information in the best possible way however it is necessary to locate other programs to make technical analysis deeper and with greater veracity

We use Zoho survey to conduct easy and fast surveys among our clients and customers. It is intuitive both on the business side( organizations) and on the customer side(survey recipients).I love its mobile approach ,which is very important because majority of survey respondents answer our surveys from their smartphones.
I like the integration with Google drive ,which has made it possible to save data from Zoho survey on Drive ,allowing easy access to it from anywhere and at anytime in the future for reuse.
Zoho surveys hasn't got the most modern of user interfaces. From experience, I have learnt that survey respondents can choose to continue or discontinue a survey just because of how catchy or unattractive the survey page interface is. Zoho needs to work on this shortcoming.

I usually love Zoho's products. Even if I don't like this, I think it is over all user friendly and customer support is always pretty fast.
It is pretty restraining on the kind of questions I would need to ask. It is probably good for some people but not adapted to my work. I need to ask precise questions to have precise answers.

Like other programs of the Zoho company, we do not find negative characteristics to be highlighted. We believe it is pertinent to evaluate this software positively
I was able to set up employee performance surveys very easily, and could intuitively determine how to duplicate them, share them, and review the results.
Free version is limited in customization and reporting, however I was still able to work with it as I tried the app out.

It is an application that allows you to make accounts of all kinds regardless of the category of your business or what you do, the most interesting thing for me is that I can synchronize it with the CRM and Zoho in an easy and fast way, allowing me to have a preview more Complete and detailed surveys of my clients
It does not allow me to put images to make surveys of a product and my client can see or remember what product it was. On the other hand, I feel that they should add more templates and that they look a bit more modern.
Those that are currently available I like but I think they can improve that part a lot even.

What I liked most is that they had so many templates you could play around with and customize.
It was also very easy to use and edit.
It was also simple to get your survey to the right people.
I like how they report the data gained from the completed surveys.

I used this survey to easily construct and publish surveys/questionnaires. The features of the interface are simple to use with drop-down functionalities.
I used the unpaid version which comes with limited features. i am only allowed 15 questions in my survey. Otherwise from that, I don't have anything to dislike about the software.
Ease of making the survey. It was very easy to add different types of questions when I needed to and there was a good variety of questions.
I did not like how I could not change the type of fonts and I could not add directions to the top of my survey.

Only really has a basic level of available tools there are better options out in the market like survey monkey or SurveyGizmo.
I spent a lot of time looking for a good software to use for customer satisfaction surveys and ended up choosing Zoho. This software allows you to create a personalized survey while still allowing you to use a template. This is really great for someone who knows nothing about computer code.
I don't really have any dislikes with the software. I found it to be very simple and customizable which is just what I needed.
I love all of the options for questions and how specific you can be. I love how just typing in a link gets the users to my page so easily

We cannot figure out how to create a desktop application that will help manage the surveys. The program operates extremely well otherwise.
It is very easy to make and publish quick surveys. There are many ways to create a survey as a multiple, drop-down option, which makes it more attractive to answer it.
It is a bit expensive, if the membership expires it is impossible to download the data from the surveys carried out. It should also be possible to improve the appearance or design of the survey.
