Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great interface and a very intuitive organization of features. Things seem to make a lot of sense to new people we train.

  • Very easy to use. Super intuitive. I recommend it to small businesses.

  • Cons

  • I wish their reports were a little more customizable on our end. We are used to QB reports which are easily customized to our need with filters, etc. They do offer custom reports, but for a fee.

  • Overall, all good. But, plugins could be a bit more affordable to purchase.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easy to learn. Simple yet effective. I use it for multiple functions in the business.

  • It's easy to use. All of my staff can use the software.

  • Cons

  • Nothing really comes to mind but more features and a portable app would be nice . Cross-Device functionality

  • Its pretty simple nothing complicated easy to figure it out if you are having problems helps keep small businesses organized
