These guys are the BEST.

Orchestra One has streamlined my practice, making it easier for both myself and my patients by removing the hassle of scheduling, reminders, and payments. It allows both of us to focus on what we really want - exceptional patient care that restores the body's inherent healing potential. Furthermore, I am so impressed with the Orchestra One team and where they are taking this product. Their dedication to creating exactly what their practitioners need is unparalleled and unprecedented. While their product is still in its early stages (which is the only reason I give it 4/5 stars), they keep an open dialogue with me and any question (very few, very minor, once just due to my own silly error) I've ever raised has always been acknowledged quickly (and by a real person!) with quick resolution to follow and (real person) follow up to make sure things are running smoothly for me and my practice. Seriously, these guys are unreal! I'm so happy to have been recommended to them and and am so excited for what features they roll out next!

Pros

Ease of use. Orchestra One is simple, modern, and intuitive to use. This translates into an easier interface for my patients to book through, and muuuuch less administrative time lost on my end trying to reschedule patients, send them appointment reminders, or swipe credit cards.

Cons

As I'm writing this, Orchestra One is still building out it's online scheduler, so it's not as robust as it will be down the road. That being said, I still find it highly functional and I know continuous updates and additional features are just around the corner!

Great for small teams, still a bit to go for growing and larger teams...

Pros

I like the integration/connection with Hint Health. That was our main reason for beginning with Orchestra One - streamlining our systems with software that connected/synced with each other. The design is clean (with the exception of viewing multiple calendars). I like that an iPhone app has launched (though improvements needed). I have had nothing but good experiences with the team at Orchestra One. Though we had a bumpy road to transfer our appointments/patients over to this system, the support that I received convinced me that I could move forward with them as a team.

Cons

I dislike the view of multiple providers in the week setting - it gets too cluttered when you have a busy office (especially when a receptionist is booking for multiple providers). I wish there were statuses given with each appointment (checked-in, canceled, no-show, complete, etc.). There either needs to be a mobile version of the web app, or the iOS app needs to be more robust (for example, I can only see my schedule, no patient search, no views of other provider's schedules, etc.). Though I see the business model, we have a need for an excellent calendar with minor notes associated - period. We don't need any billing system (we've connected with Hint, who manages our membership/billing most excellently) or any of the billing features. I would honestly rather pay more monthly for a wonderful calendaring / scheduling experience than the cheaper amount I'm paying now with more features (that we won't use).

If this is the bright future promised... then we definitely will need shades!

"The Future's so bright -- I gotta wear shades" -- was this a prophetic verse speaking about the future of doctor/patient technology or just a one hit wonder pop song from the 80's? Our clinic has been using Orchestra over the last year and while it's a newer product, we were amazed by how much they get right and their approach. From custom integrations to a very dedicated support team to help with on-boarding or questions, this has been the right fit for our clinic. We are excited to see what comes next and appreciate how open Orchestra One is to our feedback and implementing our ideas into their product roadmap. Now....excuse me while I wear my sunglasses at night...

Pros

Easy to get started. One central place for my scheduling and payment processing. Our patients love using the app to schedule appointments. Our patients love having their card on file -- and it's saved us money -as many patients "Forget" to bring money with them - but since the card is on file, we can still collect payment.

Cons

Some of the UI with the scheduler is bulky compared to previous version.

Great customer service, not quite useful for the main reason I got it yet, but I know they listen

Less missed appointments thanks to the auto reminders

Pros

Scheduling is clear and straightforward, the HIIPA compliment portal and document link capabilities, the idea that I could take payment eventually there, how clean my services load into my website. That they keep coming out with useful features. Patient reminders

Cons

I need to be able to schedule all services on the app. Im really hoping this will be addressed, I've already missed an appointment because half of my appointment types don't show up on the app. That the appointments don't load into my google calendar.

Excellent! Great functionality for a solo cash based practice.

This software helped me to streamline my practice, having it up and running in a very short time.

Pros

It does all of the basics that I need it to do. They are adding new features constantly. So while it may not have all the functionality of the big names (yet) it's definitely getting there. Their customer support team is amazing! They get back to you quickly, and they have answered all of my questions. You get to try it free for a month before you have to commit to it, which is also nice, and they're pretty generous with incentives. For example, if someone signs up using your referral code you both get payments processed for free. Best of all, everything I need (scheduling, payments, charting, patient messaging) is all in one program!

Cons

It doesn't currently have all the bells and whistles of the bigger EMR names, but you are welcome to make recommendations for features as well as comment and vote on recommendations by others, which is great!
