Customer Support

Likes Best

I like the fact that the Practice Management and EHR are seamless and not just interfaced. The customer support is always available, knowledgeable and willing to help. The product is not complicated to use and gives you many audit tools to make sure one is in compliance.

Likes Least

The software modules can be accessed in many different ways which leads to come confusion when training new users.

Recommendations

Do your due diligence and demo several products. Ask many questions and be assured that no question is too trivial. After deciding on the one or two you might want have them come back for another demo and request to see specific things that are of interest to you. Ask about interfaces and the cost. Ask about updates and if there is any cost.
