Pros

It's a free tool with a great design. There is flexibility with organizing your work by what works best for you.

Cons

On the mobile app, it would be nice if you could sort tasks by due date or priority. You are able to do this on desktop but not on mobile.

Clickup

Ease-of-use

Customer Support
N/A
Pros

My team used Clickup as a project management tool for instructional designers creating new online courses. The interface and collaboration tools were incredibly intuitive and relatively powerful. It provided an excellent structure to track complex projects, and for bringing in teams of people to work on such projects. Support has been incredibly responsive and eager to implement our suggestions.

Cons

Clickup is still in early development as I write this, so a number of features that would take this product to the next level are currently missing, such as integration with a scrum/Agile model. New tools seem to be coming, but at the moment the product is still in very early stages.

Pros

You can assign tasks to your team members and you can install it in your mobile phones. You can get notifications from your mobile and being able to make comments upon each task. You can invite unlimited team members during trial which does not expire. Its not that expensive compared to other competitors. It has sub-tasks, and you can let others in the team be assigned as watchers too.

Cons

Its a little complex to start with compared to others but youll get the hang of it in no time. Im looking for something like a "wall" feature like facebook wall. There is no "Me" functionality in the mobile app where you can see immediately tasks that are assigned to you. unlike the desktop version. You need to go to notifications to see updates/comments.

ClickUp provides a new way to combine project and productivity management

Ease-of-use

Customer Support

Value for Money

ClickUp is a great concept for a new kind of project management tool and has a very responsive team. While they are not yet able to compete with the major players in project management, they have an aggressive development plan with weekly feature releases and a public roadmap. Keep an eye on this tool!

Pros

In addition to the basic expectations for a project management tool, ClickUp offers customizable workflows, comment assignment (turning conversation action items into tasks!), and native time tracking.

Cons

ClickUp is very new. While they have excellent plans to improve where other project management tools fall short, especially in the area of productivity management, most of these are yet to be released. In particular, ClickUp cannot currently generate reports, communication is limited to the task or subtask level, and integrations (Zapier, G Suite, etc.) is still in the future.

I'm setting up my entire freelance life within it right now. There are tons of helpful docs and videos to get onboarded. I've worked on the web in various capacities over the last thirteen or so years and have tested dozens (hundreds?) of productivity tools.

ClickUp is legitimately the most impressive project management suite I've encountered.

Pros

I'm a relatively new user but I've been blown away so far with all of the features and functionality. It's truly absurd how comprehensive this tool is and I've yet to fully immerse myself in it. The best part is the flexibility of set up and workflow. You can devise virtually any system and implement it with just about any size team.

Cons

I can honestly report that there is nothing so far I've found to be a negative. The only thing that could possibly be an issue for some users (myself included) is the sheer scope of capabilities and versatility of organization. If you are seeking a barebones to-do list app, ClickUp is not for you (although it could certainly function as that if you ignore the peripheral awesomeness).

Love it! A much better alternative to Zoho.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this product. It is so easy to create projects and tasks. I love that you can easily add people to asks. The filter system is great too! Love the screenshot/make a task feature and the chrome extension.

Cons

I don't like that you have to install the extension to make the logging time function work. I also don't like that you have to add the log time column separately, it should be a default on the dashboard.

ClickUp seems like it's free from the chains of more old school project management systems. They really do constantly add features and change things around. Mostly for the better. But that said, it's still easy for me to miss tasks. Some features are clunky and difficult to navigate. I like it, and it's approachable. But it has a ways to go still.

Pros

It's great that ClickUp regularly asks for feedback from real users and adds new features monthly based on user feedback.

Cons

There's a downside of changing things a lot. The product you sign up for now will be different 6 months from now. If you like the changes, great. if not, you're stuck with it after you've already invested time in it.

I love the look of this application.
I really want(ed) to fall in love with it.
This is a beautiful piece of software, the GUI is very modern and easy to look at.
There are many ways to use this software (which is actually a drawback).

Cons

I so want to love this application however, it is extremely non-intuitive and in some places counter-intuitive. Getting started is difficult because, to begin with, you have to start learning new terms like "spaces". Why are there "lists" where there doesn't need to be? And the one that I've personally complained about is the counterintuitive way of putting the current comments (of a task) at the BOTTOM of the stack.
Like Trello this has flexibility but flexibility can be a problem when you really really want (need) structure.

Getting your team to use any project or task manager online or otherwise is difficult with people being generally averse to using project/task managers. But this would be a nightmare to get a team to use because you'd be constantly trying to answer questions on how to use it when it's so confusing.

We have solved a major issue we were having letting small tasks slip "through the cracks" and become big issues. ClickUp has solved that problem and facilitates accountability to keep our tasks and projects moving forward on a timely basis.

Pros

I like that I can track all the projects and tasks my team is working on.

Cons

Getting users across the entire organization to buy in and update their tasks/projects on a regular basis.

Overall, I'm very happy. I've spent less time fiddling with extra settings and assigning tasks to different tags and users. ClickUp is easy to set up projects and task lists and much more, and adding tasks to a calendar through drag and drop is very very slick.

Pros

ClickUp is just easy to use. I've used massive project management software in the past, but they were overkill for my small business. I had to get away from trying to use the most powerful tools, and use tools that helped me just get the job done quickly. ClickUp does that. It does have a lot of features and is extremely robust in terms of project organization. But it doesn't get in the way.

Cons

I wish you could customize the interface a little more. I would love to have a page where I can view all projects at once with their appropriate lists, but right now, it's a bit tricky as it only shows a long list of tasks for each project instead of separated into lists. Also, the coloring of the interface doesn't give enough contrast for some parts of the list. So things can run together.

Overall, it is probably a good workflow manager for some organizations. My company uses it but my department largely ignores it in favor of a provider that offers a much more organized view of what's coming up, what's past due, etc.

Pros

ClickUp is easy to set up and use, even if it isn't the best solution for my line of work.

Cons

ClickUp just doesn't allow me to view my tasks the way I'd like to. I am a writer and I live and die by an editorial calendar. ClickUp just doesn't have a good calendar view that allows me to easily identify my assignments, their due dates, and their current status. I've found that creating a workflow with multiple people an any given task is unnecessarily obtuse. Also, by default the software spams your email with tons of notifications, and you will need to learn how to turn them off.

Our business model evolves day by day and keeping tracks of our main discussion inside each task is a big plus. We can assign every member with ease & the fact they receive notifications directly on their mobile is more than convenient.

Pros

We were stocked by the rapidity & the flexibility of the platform without letting down the UX. Everything can be customized to fits our needs, even in the more little details of your workflow. It requires a bit of time to handle of course but it's just like the software we would have built ourself for our company! They also regularly send very useful emails to help to discover features or new features they implement, it's smart as it's like we learn step by step, without pushing too much information at the same time!

Cons

The number of options can be overwhelming at first, the interface is simple but there is a learning curve that should be taken into consideration.

ClickUp has been great. They have a free tier which you can use to test it out (as long as you want as long as you don't run out of storage) and it's a great way to get your team on-board and using the tool.

It's a full suite of time, task, and project management software and they are constantly adding new features. Our users have been very impressed with what is available in ClickUp and how it is able to replace multiple tools.

Pros

ClickUp is one of the hottest / most-discussed tools out there in 2018. They are quickly making a name for themselves by quickly adding tons of features and aiming to make ClickUp a one-stop application.

Since I've used the tool I've been very impressed with how quickly they roll out new features and how transparent they are with their roadmap.

Cons

The performance of the application is a little on the slower/laggier side. With some performance improvements I wont have any Cons with ClickUp.

Time Management and team collaboration is a pain and click-up did that soothingly. Different boards help me realize the amount of work that is been allocated to each department. When it comes to marketing, we analyse everything and We love it.

Pros

It best fits for our Team, They have tons of updates more frequently. Clickup thinks from customer perspective. It has different board and the extension for chrome is so helpful, where I can add tasks from my Gmail.

Cons

Nothing as such, It is completely User friendly, colorful and gives complete freedom to work. They can give us more space for Free users. Could understand that this is their strategy for conversion. Still who doesn't love Free :)
