Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that it is very easy to use and understand.
It is easy to use and it was very easy to learn when we got it.

Cons
This is not so much a con for the Resman software but more so with the partners they are associated with. We have just constantly had issues with them.
Would like to see the demographics that are similar to those we see on the tax credit paperwork, but I hear that is coming soon!

Pros
I love the ease of sitelink. It's very user friendly, and easy to navigate. I love the reminders board as well as being able to set the bulletin board to help you manage your tasks.
The training that is offered is excellent. And it is very reliable and works 99.9% of the time without a glitch.

Cons
Sometimes is a bit overwhelming to use the calendar and syncing everything together. Could use some improvement, but still overall a great software to use.
Occasionally, there are glitches on unit files after an update, but that makes for an interesting day!
