Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Its pretty easy to use and intuitive. A plethora of features we have not even explored for use at this time. Easy and automated reporting is great.

  • I like the fact the Hippo was very easy to learn and is user friendly. the customer service is outstanding.

  • Cons

  • If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.

  • The assigning parts to equipment could be better organized. It's not a dislike, it's more of a wish. I wish there was a better (hierarchy) way to organize the parts in the parts data base.

  • Pros

  • So many features, easy to use the basics. I like the bulk email templates and email service. Easy connection to OTA's and great booking engine. The Front Desk feature is priceless

  • This software is so easy to use and provides so many added features.

  • Cons

  • Group reservations are a little cumbersome but it's because of all the details they include. They are in the process of simplifying it.

  • Difficulty in finding directions for performing many functions and where to perform that function. Lack of a good point of sale program (hoping the new one will work well).
