Pros
It's jut so innovative. We had been a long term user of eBoss in its earlier iterations and whilst it was it was easy to use and always great value for money; this new version is simply outstanding
eboss is very user friendly, its easy to navigate and has not been made un duly complicated

Cons
No negatives as such, small issues tend to be resolved quickly.
it is for perm only, no temp features at the moment. that not a major thing, as you can work around it.

Easy to use, lot of functionality, excellent customer support.

Cons
Sometimes it gets difficult to upload few format of resumes however, this gets resolved quickly after taking assistance from the customer support
This software is reliable ,but try to update many more features as per the requests you are getting.
