Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that I can see, and respond, to all of my reviews from a single platform! Love the daily updates, as well as the weekly and monthly reports!
This is a great tool to use to reach out to your clients and I love that I can easily view my reviews and that they client can easily click a social media platform once leaving a positive review.

Cons
The cost of monthly access is pretty steep but worth it if you need to build up your online status.
Sometimes the features are a little hard to figure out and I have to contact support for help.

Cons
At times the interface can be a little overwhelming but if you take your time, follow the tutorials you will be just fine.
It is pricey, worth it- yes. But, it's not a small cost by any means.
