Cost was good but product has failed on every level. There are too many negatives to list a "pro" of this product.
Customer support, basic operating. Computer cannot do basic accounting correctly. Online ordering is a mess. Customer service is horrible. We had accounting differences for 8 months before being worked out. System constantly freezes and looses customer info and pricing. Online ordering doesnt sync with promise times. Still waiting on answers from 8 weeks ago about incorrect math and credit cards. We started a log to document the constant issues and my service rep doesn't respond to my emails. Worst business decision I ever made.
