It is built for high volume and their team makes it mass customizable. I don't think there is anyone in this space that has such a robust parcel manifesting and labeling system for high volume shippers than they do. At the same time, they can customize at very low costs. Great combination.

The ScanData VSAMs system is very configurable. A lot of requests we made were features that were already part of the system and just needed to be enabled.
The configurability can cause issues if not set correctly. Other than that, it is very easy to use and support.
The implementation and support team is top notch. They are knowledgeable and responsive.
While it meets the need, the carrier compliance UI could use an update.
