Pros/Cons

Pros
It is extremely easy to use! It really helps drive my business!!
The customer support was great during my research. They promptly answered my questions, even anticipating future considerations.

Cons
Limited features, but I am sure as you acquire bigger packages, more features are available. BUT if it had an app, this would be out of this world! ;D
The only frustrating part of this was synchronizations between the actual service and email client. Other than that it was good.

Love the website editor! It is very easy to use.

Cons
Sometimes the app is slow to load, but overall I'm happy with my Thryv experience!
it is a little pricey- but well worth the money
