Pros/Cons

Pros
Very powerful tool, and very robust program. The amount of detail it can track is amazing! Quick to access the info that you want.
good program. easy to use and great use to solve problems and make amazing sales.

Cons
While having everything in the cloud is awesome, having internet issues at work or network throttling can make developing frustrating at times.
The only con is that it takes time to set-up correctly but will allow you to scale and grow.

Pros
It is easy to use and very clear with a lot of type of questions and it has all the requirements needed
Simplicity, its easy to use. Has every option that one needs. Its easy to integrate with zoho crm. It has also saved us a lot of money by enabling us to work with less staff.

Cons
The surveys can look a bit clunky... but if design is not a high priority, Zoho Survey (and Zoho in general) is a great tool.
There is not much I can say as a weakness for now, however continuous improvement to make customer experience more memorable is key for sustainable growth of Zoho.
