Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is really easy to use. It has an great app for smartphone which is really handy if you are on the go while using it.

  • It is easy to use, the customer service is great. They respond very quickly and all the team, specially the Munich team has been awesome.

  • Cons

  • The software is a bit hard to use at first but when you start using it, it all becomes much simpler.

  • In the beginning it wasn't user friendly but it has kept pace with our growth and needs

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, streamlined and simple software, great value and no long term contract.

  • Excellent customer service. Good follow-through and thorough explanation of product.

  • Cons

  • Nothing really, it does take a little while to get used to it but the customer service more than makes up for it.

  • Payment isn't received from a customer until after ALL of the events he/she signed up for at each session on Zozi have passed.
