Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love that I can use it anywhere. I am on-the-go most of the time, and it's easy to pull a patient's record up on my phone if I need a quick look.

  • Easy to manage. Being able to go from one screen to another quickly.

  • Cons

  • There is a lot of clicking - I think with a little tweaking, it would be faster to use.

  • The only con to me is the calendar. I would like to be able to go to the client and then view/select an open appointment.

  • Pros

  • Completely easy to implement and use. Love that we can use on house calls and farm calls!

  • Great software for the money. It is very user friendly and support is good.

  • Cons

  • Some functions are odd or don't seem logical, but when brought to their attention they are quick to address it or say they are working on a change to the process.

  • We have had some difficulties with reoccurring appointments stopping all the sudden. As well as inventory issues.
