Pros/Cons

Pros
This program has been a great alternative to the well known Skype which does not work in the UAE. I like all the features, especially that you can record the sessions.
This software is very aesthetic in its design. setting up a meeting was very easy and convenient for students

Cons
The 40 minutes for the free plan seems a bit low.
There are some features that the free version does not include, but that's to be expected. I have not experienced any problems with it.

Pros
The free version of this software is great, there was no down-time, very easy to use, and not complicated for the older generation.
I love that it is so easy to use. Everything is very self explanatory and it is almost impossible to get confused while using it. I also like that I can choose my own URL for meetings.

Cons
Sometimes when using the browser only feature there have been glitches where the screen with need to be reloaded. But above all the pros vastly exceed the cons.
At times, the service can freeze and tend to lag on the other person's end, but never a sufficient amount to where it causes substantial issues. Otherwise I'm completely happy with this service.
