It was very easy to integrate Anyline's OCR to our Utility reading app. Customer service is always on time. Anyline looks every day for innovating their products.

At the beginning we had some issues with some of the meters we wanted to read with the OCR (Needed more training).

Speed of MRZ scanning, ease of integration at big variety of platforms/frameworks, customer support

not much to complain, in the area of ocr there is always room for improvements to get even higher accuracy/success rate

It was quite easy to implement this software to our product and the usage for the end-customer is self explaining.

Maybe the duration for the scan is quite long so that end-users sometimes loose patience before the scan-process is completed.

Easy to integrate, customer service is friendly and fast and they're very focussed on improving/innovating their solution.

At times we have some issues with the vertical container scanner which needs more training.
