Cons: \- Product requires a lot of customization to get it working properly. - Does not handle exceptions very well and when you need support for small configuration changes or ERP integration issues their pro services group is unresponsive. - They "ghost" you and even after you wait for 3 months to get 1 weeks work done you find out it on the 2nd day of the engagement they aren't working on it. - This has happened on so many occasions I have lost count.
