I use it for performance management like Year-end reviews, manager and employee check-in forms, Individual development plans. The forms are user friendly and easy to configure and employees find it very easy to use. Managers find it very useful to have a space to house all of employee performance management so all information pertaining to their development is easy to find in one place instead of having word documents or excel spreadsheets saved in manager's drives. #### Cons Profit.co is a pretty new platform with tremendous potential for further development to make it even more powerful. We have been able to get our ELT aligned on goal setting for the year and will incorporate the product into our 2027 strategic planning process. #### Cons The only things I would like to see is the ability to assign actual due dates in the initiatives added in the OKR module as well as the report generation to facilitate smooth transition into google workspace as that is what our company uses vs. microsoft office. We are beginning to use the project tracking in addition which will allow for this.
