I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.

While it's useful for its international wire transfer functionality, cost is higher than other similar service providers, UI is complex, and customer service is limbo.

In my opinion, this is perfect for companies who contract independent contract workers.

At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.

We had to cut down on our users in the app because of the cost.

I like the notifications received when invoices are received and later when money is expected and then deposited into your account.

Once you get the hang of the program, it's pretty straightforward. Nice having everything in one place rather than scattered between many different programs.

There is always an annoying issue with bill.com.

It's easy to navigate and send invoices, and anything that makes it easier to get paid for freelance work is great in my book.

I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.

My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.

I have several clients that are using this product and all have had excellent results with it and have recommended it to other companies.

I like the ease of receiving payments from our customers and being able to research payments received.

We absolutely love the fact that Bill.com integrates smoothly with Intuit products and services. Quick and easy sign-up and setup.

They also have really great customer support that care about helping you get the information you need.

The ability to use a feature-rich mobile app was also important. Lastly, the support for multiple bank accounts is helpful for deposits.

I use it every day to keep track of bills and to pinpoint what needs to be paid. I really like that there is AI built in the software.

This was an insane requirement. If you want to use this for your vendors BEWARE! it is not convenient for us AT ALL.

I like that it is user friendly and even has an app to go along with the website to make processing even easier.

Bull.com has always been good but the newest version is extremely user friendly and saves a lot of time.

I am a freelancer that has used the platform several times to send out bills months. Very user friendly and simple understand the platform.

The website will get stuck and I have to zoom out to see anything, I won't get accurate information about when I'm supposed to get my payment (I once waited TWO MONTHS to get paid).

I like that we can integrate our sales from our POS, Aloha, to our HotSchedules account to forecast sales and help control our labor costs.

Their live chat reps are very helpful. Has the ability to sync with many popular accounting software (NetSuite, Quickbooks, Intact).

Well suited for any medium of business and must say excellent mobile app.

I often talk to companies about bill.com because of the simplicity of the system. Bill.com allows us to keep a paperless system and the integration with Intacct works wonderfully.

Cost of the system if super inexpensive and the capabilities work smoothly with Quickbooks, very user-friendly and paperless.

I really like that suppliers can only bill the line items that are set up with their subcontract. This prevents overbillings and it helps keep our job cost accurate.

It was the easiest implementation and syncs with our Accounting software as promised. It has made this part of my job more manageable.

Obviously this could take place outside of GCPay, but in my opinion, it should be a one stop shop for pay app management.

The thing I like most about this software is the ease of utilizing it and its ability to have our subcontractors use it as well. It also integrates really well with our accounting software Vista.

GC Pay does what we need it to do, and does that well.

Time saving, seems to be user friendly, put more of the work on the subcontractor.

We just started using ProCore and we are having trouble with change orders syncing.

I like that the software is integrated with our accounting software.

Periodic updates are made to increase the user interface and add features based on user feedback and common sense.

Their are very friendly and effective. They've made my job very easy and a lot of our subs love GCPay just as much as I do.

It's great that it ties into Sage so we don't have to triple check dollar values and contract amounts and can focus on Percent Complete.

The software is very intuitive. The customer service is superb.

And the updates that have come out in the last year just keep improving the product. It just keeps getting better.

Don't think I've ever had them put me on hold to ask someone else to assist. They are awesome and I tell them this when I call.

Also, very helpful in getting subcontractor invoices and information into the system to be able to review quickly and easily.

No feature to label project taxable or tax exempt.

I like how organized this system is, how much easier it made to keep track of everything being uploaded and approved, or not approved and revised etc.

The greatest feature from my perspective is the ease the subs can bill.

Commonly i get an error linking commitments with the initial SOV submissions.

We rely on GC Pay for ease of use. It's slightly more basic than some competitive products, but we find this is a huge benefit for users.

This is how other systems have done this. Additionally, there is a real lack in reporting features.

Vendors open requests, but forget to fully submit their request by meeting the requirements for full submission.

The Overall is great, easy to use and follow and there customer service is amazing.

I like the most about this software is because it is easy to use.

Best thing to happen in the Construction industry.

It is relatively easy for vendors to use and they cannot over bill etc. Also, the support team is fantastic, quick, knowledgeable and very, very helpful.

From day one the support to get the system up and running and keeping it running every day has been great. Most of our subs love it.

Best product support team that I've ever worked with from a user and admin prospective.

Ease of use and to navigate through. Customer service is great.

Overall I really enjoy the program, customer service is super responsive.

The hardest part is getting the subcontract bought into using it. So complain about the fee if the subcontract is a small amount.

The customer service is also extremely responsive and helpful, for both the contractor and the subcontractor. I have never had to wait more than an hour for a solution/ help during business hours.

Overall, great customer service and a great software. I like the new search feature that allows searching by person/email.

We have experienced far fewer processing errors which has saved time and money.

The new pricing structure is by the month, whether there is one sub or 20 the price is the same. We no longer use the service on small projects.

Was very happy with the service till the pricing change.
