  • Pros

  • The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install.
  • Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used.
  • I like the ease and customer service of Bird eye. I like that once i input a customer, they are saved and it shows me their activity.
  • Cons

  • I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service.
  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • Platform is mediocre, service for us was very poor.

  • The ability to add in additional features like Zapier integration with just a few clicks is the best.
  • Offered modules are perfect. Premade templates are just amazing, saves times and helped to understand that what complex functions can be easily implemented through formidable forms.
  • It does everything I need with a graphical interface. The support team is friendly and responsive.
  • Cons

  • The plugin some times is unstable when new updates are available.
  • No WordPress website should be made without Formidable Forms.
  • What I don't like is that I'm often left wondering why some things aren't easier to do when most of them are.
