  • Pros

  • The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install.
  • I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.
  • Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used.
  • Cons

  • I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service.
  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • Platform is mediocre, service for us was very poor.

  • I like how creative you can get with it. I like how simple the element builder is. I like how easy it is to export data, clear the results, and how you can build a quiz pretty quickly.
  • It's a solid product built by a solid team. They do everything they can to ensure their platform is not only robust but stable for users.
  • Involve.me is an excellent plaform that helps to increase the efficiency of the conversion funnels.
  • Cons

  • No point in arguing with them as they are out of Austria and they do not care about anyone but scamming money with this crap service.
  • Lack of calendar/ date-picker custom field so we can get bookings via our lead forms.
  • For example, I only use it for one quiz funnel and pay $25/month to get the integration features.
