  • Pros

  • The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install.
  • Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used.
  • I like the ease and customer service of Bird eye. I like that once i input a customer, they are saved and it shows me their activity.
  • Cons

  • I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service.
  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • Platform is mediocre, service for us was very poor.

  • Both internal and external. It's easy to use, and we get good help from Netigate when needed.
  • Ease of access to employee insight - very happy about it.
  • Overall Netigate is a great solution. It offers not only the survey software, but a complete service around it.
  • Cons

  • It is relatively high-priced. Small and middle-sized companies may have trouble affording the tool.
  • It was a bit difficult to take out the report once the platform was changed.
  • The switch from the old to the new Netigate application was difficult.
