  • Pros

  • The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install.
  • I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.
  • Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used.
  • Cons

  • I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service.
  • The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
  • Platform is mediocre, service for us was very poor.

  • They were super quick and responsive with building the site and in answering any questions that I had. Thinking about the move...STOP RIGHT NOW and JUST DO IT.
  • The nicejob had done a great job in building a customer trust and with the help of nice job we are geting very NICE SEO.
  • Customer service has been outstanding. The software is very user friendly and overall something I’m very happy with.
  • Cons

  • Because I deal with interior spaces in someone's home I am not able to interact as posting a picture is a violation of a persons privacy.
  • Can’t yet detect whether some one has left a review already, but I’m not sure if this is still a problem.
  • Their software for getting reviews was decent but I cut my costs in half with another program that does exactly what they do.
