Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install.
- I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems.
- Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used.
Cons
- I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service.
- The problems with aggregation of reviews/responses to various other platforms (Yelp, Apts.com, aptRating) can be a bit concerning when reviewing your actions with clients.
- Platform is mediocre, service for us was very poor.
Pros
- The support that is given to a small company is superb and we are so grateful for the partnership that we have formed with Yotpo. They are great partners and we look forward to growing with them.
- Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.
- Yotpo is a great tool to gather honest customer feedback regarding your companies performance. Yotpo is not geographically based so it's the best tool for national businesses.
Cons
- In the Q/A-section there is a "Send to past shoppers"-button. We absolutely hate this button, and there is no option to hide or remove it.
- To pricey for what it offered and its censor/filter was horrible in sweden.
- The review platform is very expensive for what it is - basically just sending emails to customers. So the more emails they send the more you pay, but it is way more than should be.
