The customer support could be better
Apart from the bad customer support, BitPay is a platform that makes it easy to accept crypto payments on your website or application.
PROSBitPay lets us easily integrate a cryptocurrency payment gateway into our application with minimal setup. Unlike other payment gateways with tight geo-restriction, BitPay lets us use the service with reasonable fees.
CONSIn my experience, the customer support system is horrible. It took weeks to get the account approved and this is my major gripe with this platform.
Reasons for switching to BitPay
CoinPayments has serious geo-restrictions. I had to contact a partner in a supported country to set up an account in the first place. This became frustrating as time went by.

BitPay - the bridge between crypto and convention money for your business
When I owned a coffee shop and was introduced to bitcoin, BitPay was an amazing tool to allow me to accept crypto from a new customer base without actually holding bitcoin. If you do decide to jump into crypto with your business, I would start with BitPay.
PROSBitPay allows you to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies without the risk of volatility - it automatically converts to your local currency without any fees. It works much better than credit cards.
CONSTheir customer service tends to be on the slower side - it can take a few days to get an answer.

Please stay away from these scammers
Please stay away from these scammers which keep growing with no ending in sight. is the worst broker I have ever invested with. By His grace, I was able to get my stolen money on contacting [sensitive content hidden] I hope that this stops and the authorities get more grip on things.
PROSI had a very terrible experience with them so i will not recommend them to anyone.
CONSThey are not reliable, you will only end up losing your money. They kept on asking me to invest more money.

PROSCrypto payments accepted via bitpay automatically clear to Bank or wallet daily. You can covert every payment to your preferred currency immediately avoiding unexpected rate fluctuations. Also they partnered with Visa network offering a Visa debit card which allows you to access your fund from any Visa supported ATM around the world.
CONSPlugin market limited. Very poor customer support. Not recommended for big businesses. Visa card available only in few countries.
