Company is promoting itself on shark tank but they don’t have enough people in the organisation to work or get things done on time.which we have to bare because at the end we have the reputation infromt of our customer. Once an agent is always an agent so if you get stuck you will not have the right answer to it, they are interested in that 1-2%.
