I liek the expert knowledge and the friendly helpful answers from \[sensitive content hidden\] when I have a query about timing my currency purchases. The knowledge that he and his colleagues have can't be replicated on an app or a website. Cons: The reporting side of things is poor. You really need to be able to generate reports that save time on bookkeeping and to do that a single report showing transactions in and out in date order for all cards and including all forward purchases (i.e. combine the transfers and cards sections and include all cards rather than having to pick one at a time) Reasons for switching to Caxton Soldo introduced far higher fees and became greedy. Also, the inactivity fees are a bit frustrating if you don’t use the card frequently. I’ve found the customer service hours a bit restrictive, especially when in different time zones. Additionally, it would be nice if you could lock in better exchange rates at certain times, and the limits on currency loading can be a drawback for larger transactions.
