The process is very nice and simple for the customer and can also be easily integrated into existing systems. Cons: The service is super nice but also absolutely terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get only a payout of my credit and had the feeling that no one really knew what they were doing. After 4 weeks, they finally made me an alternative proposal as the payout could be made, only to tell me 2 days later that what I wanted from the beginning was possible. It is even the only way.The problems are still not finally solved (months later), but I have no more energy to ask every 2 days for an update only to get the answer that a colleague will take care of it. Reasons for choosing CoinGate To be honest, I looked at the competitors first. However, they have a minimum payout of 1000 GBP and since Crypto payments only make a very small proportion of our turnover, we do not reach that limit so often. Therefore, I was looking for a payment processor that has a reasonable limit on when can payouts be made. Cons: My only complain would be the lack of BEP20 chain that would integrate the Binance network heavily reducing the fees of the transactions. I do know they are working on that so should be soon.
