Support replied to my ticket in 18hrs when I had 1 issue. Only downside: you can’t withdraw straight to M-Pesa, so I P2P the USDT. There’s no live chat, so when I had an issue it took about 18 hours to get a reply through tickets, which is stressful if funds are stuck. Also you can’t withdraw directly to M-Pesa or a bank, so I have to send USDT to Binance first then P2P it for Ksh.
