I also appreciate that there’s no forced KYC for crypto withdrawals, which makes it easy to get started and move funds quickly without extra verification steps. #### Cons The main cons of Cryptomus are support and cashout options. There’s no live chat, so when I had an issue it took about 18 hours to get a reply through tickets, which is stressful if funds are stuck. Also you can’t withdraw directly to M-Pesa or a bank, so I have to send USDT to Binance first then P2P it for Ksh.
