Once you set it up it is super easy to use. Sadly, they are getting rid of the Transfer function which is a nice feature.

I was spending a ton of time issuing payments to our customers each week. We needed a solution that would integrate easily into our existing flow and Dwolla fit the bill.

They have a great dedicated team that makes up for a more complex integration.

Was exposed to - and had to deal with - too much detail. The API was waay too granular.

Reliable platform that you can integrate with ease.

Therefore we decided to start with the “pay as you” go option and then planned to migrate once we were doing a higher volume of payments.

Dwolla's new Pay as You Go set up is a great way to implement ACH payments quickly and without having to commit to any annual contracts.

Dwolla has been great in the four years I have been using it as our payment software.

Lowest fees out of all its competitors. When you use Dwolla you pay for what you do on it less transections less revenue more transection more revenue its pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I dislike that micro deposits can take a little longer than expected to post some days.

My biggest fault with the software is lack of interest bearing accounts.

Dwolla has been an excellent resource/tool for us.

It accomplishes what we need without getting in the way or making assumptions about how we want to do business.

As a startup, the costs are somewhat constraining, however, hard to complain given their exceptional performance and service.

The inability to process IAT or international payments.

This is a major customer service complaint. Due to fraud, we layered in another system PASSBASE which does a better job at screening.

Nice platform to transfer funds with clients, very easy to use with clients, good reporting features.

Dwolla's API Documentation, and support documents are top notch easy to read, and easy to understand.

Great option If you're looking for a low ACH transaction cost.

It cant be use out of the USA. Its a very complex software that many find hard to use unlike PayPal and Google Pay.

Dwolla Pay as You Go option has been a nightmare for us.

Dwolla has been the most helpful and customer service focused vendor I have ever worked with.

Since I believe their clients are generally leasing or real estate companies, the checks they do on our customers is not ideal.

They also have really strong customer service which I can't express enough how impactful that has been for us.

Once I did cancel I was charged massive amounts for equipment no longer  worth much.

Most store owners cashier don't know how to credit points. Confusing App and Confusing in-store experience.

The benefits of having Fivestars is great and helps clients see how valuable your business is.

This helps boost your business and return customers. A great way to have a rewards incentive for your customers, old and new.

I love how Fivestars sends all the latest deals straight to my phone, making it easy to use, find my deals, and remember what I have.

I am always looking for different ways to save money so I was definitely super thrilled about signing up the first time while I was shopping at Plato's.

Easy to navigate, customers love the option to choose their reward.

The frequency has also improved. The rewards platform is easy for customers to use and navigate through, making it a product that resonates with customers.

I really like the point system, too. When your getting close or at a reward, it emails you to let you know.

I like that it provides a central system that many places can integrate with, to make it easier for the users to keep track of their rewards. I like the coupons they send too.

It's super easy for the customers to use, too. All they have to do is type in their number, and they're done on their end.

I love the discounts/deals when I go to my favorite places that conveniently have Fivestar sitting there ready for me to punch in my number.

It is easy to see visually how many points I have and what rewards I have earned for various businesses I visit.

Price is reasonable for a pretty powerful platform. Documentation and setup guides are great.

If I have a bad signal it’s hard to use. That is really the only issue I have had with the program.

Easy to add points or redeem for rewards. Many useful fields for customer differentiation, makes marketing emails a snap.

Overall this is a great program. I have found it super easy to use and it is user friendly for all people whether they are tech-savvy or not.

And as users, they don’t notify us to use our points before the company opts out. Resulting in waste of points and eventually loss of customers.

It can be hard to click on individual icons that are overlapping over each other. It often says no businesses are found at first until you search yourself.

Small Business spending money on a useless platform.

I have enjoyed using Fivestars at business where everything is integrated, just be aware not all POS systems work with Fivestars.

Its super easy to use and understand and customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the Fivestars software way that it helps you promote your business and provides loyalty rewards.

I like that I can earn points when I buy my vaping products from Rolling EZ. The discounts are pretty decent.

Crossroads is awesome for everyone. Use of their system is so easy and rapid.

It's been an awesome tool to reward loyal customers, and keep others coming back for more great deals that we have.

My overall experience with Fivestars has been amazing. I love that products give me the opportunity to save money at places that I frequent often.

Sometimes this app has crashed and it’s frustrating.

Overall I am happy with my membership to this program. Membership is free and you get some good perks from it.

It was easy to use and helps a lot with tracking points and log ins. Great way to promote good business practices.

I hope more establishments adopt Five Stars. I also like how they email me discount when I haven't been to an establishment in awhile.
