I dont like anything about them Cons: I had cancelled my account with these guys, yet they kept charging me. I called every month asking to return their terminals, they said they sent boxes. I didnt get any box until 2 months later after so many phone calls. Very terrible customer service. Their customer service is very dismissive and rude. Wouldnt even let you finish a sentence before cutting you off. I purchased a terminal from Falcon POS, The terminal was made by godaddy Poynt, processed by Elavon and my account was hosted with Design destrict?? A phone number that cannot be reached no matter how many times you call. What kind of business is this?? Run away when you hear elavon or any of the names i mentioned above. They are all frauds!!
