"Customer support is not helpful at this point and they are not responding at this point so I will not be contacting them again"

"This is less a con about Finix and more the greater payments ecosystem, but we've learned that often getting to the bottom of a specific transaction with traditional payfac can be difficult and time-consuming. When we onboarded two years ago, some of their documentation wasn't as thorough as we would have hoped, but I know that is no longer the case."
