It is quick and easy to take payments. I love that it syncs with QuickBooks and Invoice ASAP and I can see who has paid and when.

Pulling up past transactions is very easy as well which is super helpful when there are questions on charges.

Its great way for our service techs to collect over the phone. I also like how easy it is to find past transactions; you will never lose track of payments.

When printers mess up it's sometimes a pain to track down a receipt to print it for the customer once the window has been closed.

This software was easy to use an implement. Customer support to get set up was quick, accessible and straightforward.

We have been using this platform for almost a year now. We don't process a lot of credit card payments so our volume is low but when we do it is very easy to use and administer.

You also can't delete someone from a recurring payment plan or change the date of their payment. Finally, there are no automatic receipts for donations.

This is a great solution to a previous credit card processing option that was being utilized.

This is extremely easy to use as all it requires is an internet shortcut on the desktop.

Overall I like Fiserv's system that we are using. I think it has a lot of great  features and the navigation and easy of use are great.

Easy point of sale, works in conjunction with bank of america account and funds daily. Fees are similar to other credit card processors.

I like Payeezy because it allows you to be paid easily. Rarely are there issues with cards being declined.

It is consistent in the way it works and the information is presented across modules. They do provide pretty good customer service.

It's also a hassle when a password is forgotten as only an administrator can reset a user's password.

Stripe's documentation and API are an example for the whole software industry. Clear, easy, polished, powerful amongst it's qualities.

It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.

The good documentation and testing environment is a great advantage. Without having to wait for banks to provide you with payment and administration environments that take weeks to give you access.

And has superb documentation. Also has sdk ready and up to date for popular languages, due to its popularity it’s easy to find integration into most popular software.

Yeah ---- NEVER have I experienced this with Stripe. They have a beautiful online system, they have happy employees ---- that can only mean Stripe really knows how to stay in business.

Once I had a problem they is no customer support. They were withholding my payments.

API docs and technical support are outstanding. This is a developer-first system.

The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.

One quality I particularly appreciate is the ability to accept payments in a variety of international currencies.

It is easy to pull any report (all transactions, summary or detail, numerous reconciliation reports). Their customer service is great too, easy to reach and is very responsive.

Hello there, we are really frustrated and sad about Stripe cancelation fees and Stripe dispute method. We won't be working with them anymore.

The documentation is easy to use with great details. The portal (or Dashboard) contains great information and navigation.

They don't fight at all for the business. If it is disputed, you'll end up losing money on the transaction.

I think Stripe is a fantastic product, and they have been very reliable, but they need to be more competitive on credit card processing fees.
