Adjustable to hold the needed data on Card Transactions, that fit our needs. Easy to expose the generic functions to be used by product specialist, still allowing for few experts to do one off sophisticated things.

Not anything really that I could point out. Sure always things can improve, but the product does this in it's respective upgrades.

It has more features which helps for reporting and tracking our customer ATMs.

It is bit difficult for us to upgrade or reinstall on new servers.

Unlike what we have in our environment with customizations, I like the product itself and the ease of integration with the postilion for ATM monitoring.

Sometimes I feel some of the components with in the product are unstable and not reliable. I've faced issues with collector being crashed frequently. And it might have been fixed with later versions to what we are using in our business environment.

Its very good for Non-Stop oriented application monitoring and ACI monitoring.

Its integration with ACI product and its ease to configure and display custom dashboards.

For Non-Stop there is some limitations where it does not gives us analytics (like SPLUNK).
