This software is amazing and I like it because is user-friendly, quick and absolutely efficient.

We currently only use it to pay vendors which is all we need and for that it's perfect. The payments are fast, secure, and easy to set up.

I inquired further, and they stopped replying. 5 emails later I found a phone number to call, and the customer service rep told me they were aware of the issue and would resend the 2 deposits.

It is a direct solution and no ambiguity. The support was fantastic and has helped when needed it, and that was user error, not the platform.

It was easy to use from Quickbooks and seemed like a good solution.

I love the low fees and the promotions for liquidating cash from credit cards.

It's super easy and actually fun to use. They also have the ability to pay your vendors via credit card, so they charge your card and deliver the funds to your vendor's bank account for a small fee.

It has been great overall: saves me a lot of time, great price point, and customer service has reached out to me numerous times to tell me about new functions and to check in.

I also am very happy that it integrates with QBO which is what most of my clients are on.

Melio has an excellent customer support and resolves any issues quickly.

I have had multiple support chats with them, where they send me the same message and now have started cutting me off / disabling the chat right after they send it.

While Plastiq has IRS-esque customer service, Melio really go out of their way to ensure a positive user experience. Melio is also faster at processing ACH payments, which is a huge plus.

Integrates well with QBO, pricing is great, easy to seup. When all work well is a good experience.

It is very convenient to use and the QB integration is a huge plus. I use this for Domestic transactions.

After providing numerous links to clients on our new option to accept Credit Cards and ACH Debits, we ran into a wall with Melio rejecting our payments due to their inability to verify our account.

I'm excited to use this new platform, the customer service team is fantastic, they immediately respond and they're quick in understanding your 'concern' and will address it accordingly.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
