Simple d'utilisation et suivi parfait

Mydso Manager permet de relancer au bon moment, avec les bons moyens de communication et de bien suivre les promesses de règlement des clients. De plus, il permet de renforcer l'image et de garantir la relation commerciale grâce à une segmentation des clients et de la relance.

PROS

L'utilisation est très simple et intuitif. En tant qu'administrateur il est très facile de paramétrer des scénarios, de segmenter les clients et surtout de pouvoir contrôler et suivre les actions menées.

My DSO Manager un atout pour la gestion quotidienne des retards de paiement

Nous utilisons My DSO Manager depuis 2015 et aucun des autres produits sur le marché ne nous a convaincu.

PROS

Ce logiciel répond à des critères essentiels, pour nous, en interne et en externe : Flexibilité pour nous adapter à l'évolution de nos besoins, Autonomie pour le faire, Transparence auprès de nos partenaires externes. Un dernier point nous plait particulièrement, c'est sa simplicité. On se l'approprie facilement et répond à toutes nos demandes de reporting, d'analyse et surtout de gestion.

CONS

Après toutes ses années d'utilisation, nos besoins ont déjà été satisfaits mais un point pourrait nous permettre de gagner du temps : la création d'une pièce directement dans la fiche client sans passer par l'ADMIN.

Il permettait de traiter des volumes faibles pour un prix raisonnable. Il nous permettait d'être autonome au quotidien et il a une présentation épurée.

MY DSO MANAGER enable to standardise chasing process in a context of limited resources and growing business. After go live , only a few weeks are necessary in order the software being fully operational

This sofware is easy to use and implement. Very flexible in terms of scenario design and meet local needs. Very good training and good reactiveness of MY DSO team

Very easy to use and includes powerfull features. Collection actions are done quickly and are customizable. Really a great help

Une cliente satisfaite

ça a changé ma façon de relancer et allégé mon planning pour un suivi plus poussé de mes clients je suis ravie d'avoir choisi MY DSO, une équipe à l'écoute et disponible, je recommande fortement.

PROS

Ce logiciel est un vrai atout pour notre entreprise, il fait gagner du temps, et il est très facile d'utilisation.

CONS

2 points à améliorer : L'affacturage : il faut désactiver les pièces comptables pour que les factures soient visibles lors de la relance. Le montant total des "retards de paiements" dans la vue globale, est calculé avec les comptes créditeurs, il faudrait différencier les retards de paiements aux comptes créditeurs.

Un gran software para procesar pagos en distintos contextos

Tiene una gran variedad de funciones las cuales permiten una gran flexibilidad en lo que respecta al proceso de pagos en contextos diferentes.

CONS

No he encontrado puntos negativos de momento, lo cual es un gran indicio de que cumple con su funcion.
