Ease of Implementation and day to day use.
I have used this product for 20 or more years with a few other companies and have found this to be a great tool for collections. The check by phone product is very cost effective.
PROSIt is an easy software to use for check by phone. Most of it is pretty intuitive. Setting up series of payments can be a little more challenging, but my staff was able to quickly learn how to use the product.
CONSThere is no manual. For an Administrator, it is a little more difficult to figure out everything you are trying to do when it comes to access. While I understand why all of the accounts are masked, it should be easier for an administrator to get to that information. Also, when you put a flag on an account, you can't see what that flag says. You should be able to click on any flags or blocks to see what the message attached to it says.

Excellent Customer Service
Overall, customer service is excellent and most daily functions work reasonably well.
PROSProduct is simple to navigate and offers adequate account details and options.
CONSPrinting functions are terrible for reports and documents. There are no notifications when items are returned, you must search these manually. Would also like the ability to have transaction detail reports emailed daily.

Highly recommend...
Overall I would recommend this software to others, it doesn't happen often but if there is a problem the customer service team at Payment vision is quick to resolve any issues.

Credit Card Payments
I like that it is easy to make a payment. PaymentVision makes it fairly simple to enter your information and make a payment. I also like the payment portal from the administration side, it is easy to get a summary of the payments that have been made.
CONSI do not like how the money is deposited and tracked. It is extremely hard for me to tell what payments are included in each deposit. When a deposit (batch report) is sent to me saying how much was deposited into my account, it would be very, very beneficial to include a list of individual payments included in each deposit.

Payment Vison Review
Still having issues with monthly installment which was changed to $150.00 per month but every month it is increased and can't seem to get issue resolved.
PROSEase of doing payments with payment vision.
CONSTracking issues of delayed payments can be difficult at times.
