Using PayPro helps us reach new audiences thanks to their ability to offer our clients from different countries a personalized purchase experience in their preferred / local currencies, as well as a fully automated sales cycle system, including invoicing, tax compliance etc.

No specific dislikes at the moment, beside perhaps the fact that we didn't engage with them earlier..

They further facilitate payments for our customers by offering different languages, payment options and currencies. As a business with customers all over the world, we were able to easily solve problems such as language barriers, currency conversion as well as international tax processing. PayPro Global takes care of these processes so we can focus on our business. Throughout the years with PayPro Global we have realized payment processing, sales maximization, price promotions through various coupons, a great affiliate program, international currencies, taxes and prices as well as multilingual access for international customers.

Pros

PayPro Global offers great conditions for online service providers. They further provide a wide range of options for promotions, coupons, tracking and individualization for branding as well as a complete affiliate program and a reliable subscription management system for recurring payments. Another advantage is their international setting for our customers from all over the world: the communication with the customers is realized in their own language and PayPro Global converts currencies and languages on the sales page or in emails automatically. This facilitates our work immensely, as we do not have to take care of translations ourselves. The support team is great and always responds very quickly to questions.

Cons

There is no dislike as such, we are very happy with PayPro Global. Perhaps the analytics for customers and affiliate partners could be refined a bit further.

Super frustrating aaarghhhhh

No benefits - I am about to smash my head against a wall hard and long! It will be less pain!

Pros

WHEN it works it appears quite clear. It is neat text and clear what the instructions are. Problem is too regular that there are issues.

Cons

It has login issues, payment issues, service issues. First it was "wait 24 hours" then spent about 3 hours getting logged in because the system didnt recognise my login details. Eventually this was fixed 'manually' I got in. Next day - same story! OMG!! No system or support can be this clunky.

I'm glad tow work with PayProGlobal! They have Great Support and I feel it on myself. So, I can recommend them.

Pros

I'm more than 18 years working with programming and software creation. So, to sell our software, we as software company need the service payment provider. During these years, I used to work with many providers (some of them already doesn't exist). I used to work with Regsoft, Regnow, Shareit, Avangate, 2Checkout. I don't want to say anything bad about these companies, they all are good companies. Now I'm working with PayProGlobal, more than 1 year. The most two things that I like in PPG: 1) PayProGlobal offer personal manager which is the great support, so I can solve any problems every time using convenient channels. I'm using Skype, my personal manager name is [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I've had a lot of questions to move our products from another service providers, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped to solve or find the solutiuon for all of them. So I'm very appreciate for her help. 2) PPG doesn't stay at the same place. They offer all modern features, and ready to implement new feature by customer request. I have had requests to impelement custom needfull for my company features and they did it. I like this.

Cons

I can have sub accounts, I can divide the income with my partner, even divide the commission. I didn't meet this feature anywhere. They are ready provide documents "Acceptance Letter" to my bank in the same format, as my bank requesting. I can easily transfer funds between my sub accounts and my partners account. And lot of more interesting features. They transfer funds always in time; If the transfer date is the holiday, they make the transfer in 2 days earlier.

Great recurring billing tools & efficient customer service

Apart from the subscription management tools and customer service, another aspect that we found to be highly rewarding was the customization power offered by PayPro Global combined with the built-in A/B testing tool. The great thing about this eCommerce solution is that you can customize virtually anything. Whatever requests we had, the team was happy to assist us. We were able to customize our checkout pages, email templates, and most importantly, the cart. We then conducted a series of tests to check which of these templates delivered the best results. The A/B testing tool permits you to conduct all sorts of tests and we took advantage of this feature as much as we could. We ran tests on payment methods, countries and we got a huge amount of data, which we used to create various targeted strategies. It’s a pretty cool tool that gives you a broader understanding of your business.

Pros

We were particularly pleased about the entire subscription management system. This eCommerce solution is highly functional from multiple points of view, providing us with various tools which have helped our business grow. The integration was quickly done thanks to PayPro’s dedicated team and we were able to start selling in just a few days. We benefited from a multitude of payment methods and currencies which again allowed us to scale our business and enter new markets. Also, the customer service is worth mentioning, as the team is prompt and 100% dedicated to both vendors and customers.

Cons

So far, we’ve found nothing that we dislike about this solution.

Registration was easy and understanding the system is fairly straight forward.

I have seen the basic structure before on MANY websites and plugins so it means it's a cookie cutter template and not something original to the company. It makes me question the company more than the software.
