payrix A+
I really like payrix because it's easy to use and the fee automatically gets taken away, don't have to get charged weeks later for the processing fees.
PROSeasy and convenient for myself and customers to pay online.
CONSthe starting point with payrix was a hassle. but once we got going everything has been going smoothly

PROSI liked most about Patric is the integration with my online management software.

Seemed shady, experienced many unresolved issues,
Overall, the issues we experienced, the lack of ability to communicate with customer service, and the overall "glitchiness" of all of their products make it impossible to recommend them to everyone. Their software was a costly mistake for us, and we didn't have much of a choice as our CRM system was only working with them at the time. Aside from those issues, the fees were relatively standard for the industry, their portal worked decently, and everything else about it, while not impressive, worked completely fine. It makes them seem like an awfully shady company when you can't contact them directly at all.
PROSWe had to use Payrix because it was the only company that integrated with our CRM system until they recently migrated over to Global Payments. Payrix did alright with processing payments, and they seemed to have decent security and fraud prevention as we never had any issues with those things while we were with them.
CONSThere is literally NO way to get ahold of their customer service. They wiped every single phone number, email, or any type of contact method from their website and the internet. We were never able to get ahold of the company directly when we had issues. We could only communicate with them through our CRM company, which was ridiculous especially when we experienced many critical issues with their system. For the first few months with them, it was almost a daily issue of payments not going through or failing. What made this even worse is that Payrix would say they were "approved" status, and then we would get a message that the payment actually failed later on (sometimes even hours later, well after the customers had left) with no way for us to contact the company to figure out what had actually occurred. This happened so frequently that we were manually entering payments and using our old Merchant system until Payrix ran an update. Even after their update "fix," this same issue still occurred on a relatively frequent basis.

Payrix est excellent logiciel facile à prendre à utilise grâce a sont fonctionalité.
CONSPas encore rencontrer aucun difficulter avec payrix , mais une fois que nous avons commencé, tout s'est bien passé

What I like most about Payrix is the ability to be able to connect the payment server to our POS system at our automotive shop.
CONSThere are currently no cons that I have with using Payrix.

Easy for customers to use
So far so good, but if there is ever a problem I don't know how they would handle it because they don't answer the phone.
