We were able to accept donations from all over the country, even outside the US. We could manage when and how often people gave. If we wanted to put an end date on someones giving, we could do it with ease! Cons: The problem is that Vanco would sometimes mess up automatic withdrawals. It was easy to set-up. Reports are easy to look up. Anytime I have had questions, customer service has been friendly and helpful. Cons: 1\. It can be expensive. The fees really add up. 2. The app does not work at all. Every church service several members would come and tell me the problems they had with the app. In theory, it's a great idea but a nightmare to work with. Cons: For online giving, we have several funds that people can give to. Each giving option has a "tile" that shows on the online giving page. I wish we had the option of making these tiles smaller so that each one wouldn't take up so much room on the giving page.
