I use the software with students and colleagues. It is very easy to use, works like a swiss clock and allows me to give feedback much faster.

He setup was very simple and the support team did every thing to make the onboarding easy and answered to all question very quick.

The best feature about the software is that review links can be sent to anyone - internal or external, team member or non-team member.

Unfortunately, the project templates are only available in the Pro and Enterprise Version.

Fast integration of complex film projects. Fast and easy communication with the customer.

Limited API at the moment (but I was told that there is more to come).

A faster easier project work. We saved alot of time working on our project cause the feedback chain was quick to execute from anywhere.

I would prefer it as a stand alone software version instead of SaaS.

It is an easy-to-use online proofing software that helps us get our company and product videos reviewed and approved faster.

We were given an excellent demo by a member of the Filestage team prior to purchase and they have been responsive every time I have reached out to them since.

It gives us a simple to use set of tools for sending creative work for approval (both internally and externally). The tools for marking up amends are simple and extremely effective.

Cost is my only Con due to the size of budget projects I do, but might be a steal for someone else.

It helped us to get better and more organised feedback from our clients and to speed up the approval process.

Slack integration is fantastic. Revisions on designs can change how you interact with clients.

Would be almost impossible to handle this over email. Customer support has been super helpful.

I like that the software automatically handles the email notifications for your and allows the clients to provide their feedback at their leisure.

Sometimes designs are slow to load. Zooming in to PDFs still resolution loss even though it vector.

Has cut down revision time with clients and helped our clients  better communicate what they need from us. Overall has saved both our clients and our team a ton of time and money.

The new link usually solves the problem, but can hurt the timeline if I'm not able to see and respond with a new link quickly.

It's always a bit of an embarrassment when I have to generate a new link for the people getting the login page first.

I like that it's easy to use and understand, it's also a great value for the price. I also like that it stores revisions, so users can go back and see if changes they requested were implemented.

Clients seem to be confused about the process of seeing artwork, they think they have to sign up to see their proofs. I also dont like the notification center.

I like the accessibility and ease of use of the govisually website, it allows our team to communicate designs to colleagues and customers at an instant.

It really is just user-friendly and easy to use and I appreciate not having to spend hours to learn how to use a new product or show a client how to use that new product.

Where they can leave a comment asking for a revision. The only problem is that when the revision is complete they are not notified.

My complaints are mostly feature related. My biggest issue is that you can't archive projects.

Great software, can be improved to become perfect.

I love that you can organize projects, attach files to comments mark comments as resolved as that are addressed.

The benefits of Govisually is the speed of which a design is created, uploaded and shared and reviewed is seamless and fast. Communication is key and this is what this software allows.

So far our experience has been great. We are informed when the site will be down ahead of time and the ability to discuss issues with the staff is awesome.
